Name Badges

Installation

You can install the Name Badges Plugin using 2 different ways:

  1. Automatic Installation: You can install a plugin from the backend of your WordPress. Click Here to see how you can do an automatic installation.
  2. Manual Installation: You can install the plugin manually using SFTP or FTP tool as well. Click Here to see how you can do a manual installation.

Printing Badges From Admin Panel.

Printing Badges for all attendees.

In order to print badges for all your attendees at one go, please follow the steps mentioned below.

    1. Go to WP Admin >> Event Manager >> Name Badge

    1. Select the event for which you want to print the badge.

    1. On-Demand Badge :This option is for all the admins who want to print a label on the demand of any user, in case of any urgency with the printer available on the venue.

      • Select the on-demand label : The list of available printers can be seen here, that one needs to select in order to print the label on the spot.
      • Select the demand size : Select the size of the label from the options available.
    1. Select the attendees, as all unique attendees. This will lead to the selection of all the attendees for the event.
    2. Next, choose how you want to sort the attendees, that means the list of all the attendees in the badges will be sort by this style,

      • By Name: The attendees will be sorted by Name.

      • By Email: The attendees will be sorted by Email Ids.

This will allow you to sort the attendees from all the fields you have created in your registration Form field.

    1. Select Badge Style: Please select from the various badge styles available, that you want your badges to get printed in.

    1. Customize the Badge layout: You can customize the layout of all the information collected in the registration form.

      • Line number: Here you can choose, what line number should display what information, like line 1 as attendee name, line 2 as email, etc.
      • Field: Choose which field to showcase in the particular line selected.
      • Font family: Choose from the various font options available.
      • Font size: Choose from the various font sizes available, you can choose on the same badge different font sizes according to the lines.
      • Alignment: Choose the alignment, Left- Center- Right, for the information to be displayed.
      • Text color: Choose what color your information should be displayed in.
    1. Click on save settings.

    1. Click on Generate badges.

This will result in the generation of PDF with all the badges, which one can print.

Printing Badges for specific attendees.

In order to print badges for all your specific attendees, please follow the steps mentioned below.

    1. Go to Wp Admin>> event manager>> Name Badge
    2. Select the event for which you want to print the badge.

Select the on demand label : The list of available printers can be seen here, that one needs to select in order to print the label on the spot.

Printing Badges for attendees that are ticket specific.

In order to print badges for your attendees on the basis of ticket type, please follow the steps mentioned below.

    1. Go to WP Admin >> event manager >> Name Badge
    2. Select the event for which you want to print the badge.
    3. On Demand Badge : This option is for all the admins who want to print a label on the demand of any user, in case of any urgency with the printer available on the venue.

Select the on demand label : The list of available printers can be seen here, that one needs to select in order to print the label on the spot.

Select the demand size: Select the size of the label from the options available.

    1. Select the attendees, as, BY Ticket Type.
    2. Ticket Type: Here you will get to select which ticket type you want to generate name badges for. You have to choose from, Paid, Free, donation Ticket type.

    1. Attendee List: This will lead to a Box, with a list of all the attendees, according to that ticket type You will need to select from this list, which specific attendees or all attendees badge you want to print.
    2. Next Choose how you want to sort the attendees, that means the list of all the attendees in the badges will be sort by this style,
