We have added multiple add-ons to our family of premium addons that include

• WP Seats: To create customized seating layout for each event and sell them efficiently with the help of the Sell tickets addon.
• SMS notification:To bring the entire event communication system to your mobile phones so that attendees and organizers can communicate updates and reminders easily through SMS notifications instead of email.
• Zapier integration: To automate various event management tasks.

All these addons are developed to enhance our clients' event management experience.

3. AI adoption

Al adoption has become a necessity for most tech based companies because the technology is being widely used and consumer preferences are also evolving accordingly.

Considering the requirement, we have not only introduced AI chatbots for our visitors on our website and clients to solve their general queries quickly, but also developed an AI based add-on for networking named AI matchmaking. After 2023's WordCamp Ahmadabad, this year we have joined WordCamp Surat 2025 where we had an incredible experience. It was great interacting with the amazing community of WordPress. The proudest moment for all of us was when one of our team members took the stage as a speaker. She thoroughly discussed the role of AI in modern events and how it is transforming and automating event management.

WordCamp Surat was a huge success and we were extremely delighted to be a part of it. Starting from the pre-event interaction to the closing ceremony, we enjoyed every part of it. We were able to exchange experience and knowledge with experience.

6. New development in FoodMato

WP Event Manager's wing FoodMato had been introduced in the market in 2024 as a comprehensive online solution for restaurants and food business owners but our team is going to give an outstanding transformation. We are sure this is going to be a revolutionary step in the food industry. We are not going to reveal all the details right now but you will be enlightened very soon regarding this.
