Event Fields

Event Submission Form Custom Fields Settings

The field editor sub-menu under Event Listings (WP Admin>> Event Manager >> Field Editor) offers flexibility to edit field labels, Type of data, description, placeholder text in their text box. You can toggle settings for:

  • Only for admin: Enable or disable reserving the rights for the admin for filling in the data.
  • Priority: Order priority of the fields.
  • Validation: If the data is compulsorily required.

How to add a new event field on event submission form?

  1. Go to WP-admin >> Event Manager >> Field editor >> Add field.
  2. Fill in the desired details of the new field added.

  3. Save the changes.

How to edit the event field?

  1. Go to WP-admin >> Event Manager >> Field Editor.
  2. Click on the desired field and make the desired changes.

  3. Save the changes.

How to change the field priority?

Fields are in the field editor are draggable using bars icon in each field row. Using first column with bars icon you can drag fields within events or within organizer section.

How to delete the event field?

  1. Go to WP-admin >> Event Manager >> Field Editor.
  2. Click on the last column close icon on each field row to remove the current field.
