WP Event Manager Joins WordCamp Surat 2025 as a Silver Sponsor

About WordCamp Surat 2025

WordCamps are events that connect the global WordPress community through networking, sessions, sharing ideas, and discussing experiences. It takes place globally. Surat hosted the WordCamp event for the first time this year. It was held at the SSASIT college in Varaccha, Surat.

Our experience at WordCamp Surat 

The event started at 8 am in the morning on 16th November 2025. We started our preparations on 15th November with the booth set-up and a perfect pre-event party which was all about good people and food. We interacted with people representing different brands and also discussed collaboration opportunities with them. 

We were excited to meet and greet all WordPress lovers at the venue on the event day. The unmistakable energy was felt right from the moment we stepped into the venue. The crowd was so amazing that we did not even have the scope sit idle for a while. The cosponsors were equally friendly and welcoming. Besides the people, the food was something that we fell in love with. 

As a Silver sponsor of WordCamp Surat 2025, we got sufficient space to set up our booth to welcome attendees. It was great to see that people kept coming to our booth to know our product and show their interest in collaborating with us. Many of them have also shared their feedback on our product and we were glad to see that most of them are satisfied with us. 

The speaker's session 

WordCamp Surat 2025 has a special place in our hearts because one of our team members has represented our brand as a speaker. Prachetshi Basu was the speaker at the event who highlighted the role of AI in WordPress events and how it is revolutionizing the way modern events are managed. The presentation covered the strength of AI and WordPress in event management, how AI-based plugins are simplifying the task of event organizers, allowing them to focus more on the creative side. 

We are glad to contribute to the community through the session. We have also attended other sessions and all of them were informative and useful. There was a panel discussion on balancing between contribution and business. 

The event ended with a fun-filled closing ceremony where the speakers were felicitated, and the winners of the lucky draw contest were announced.

We would like to thank the WordCamp Surat organizers for organizing the event so beautifully and systematically. We had a great time over there and would love to become a part of it every year. 

This was our second WordCamp and we would like to attend as many WordCamps as possible in the future, as it is not only an opportunity for us to connect with WordPress enthusiasts but also a chance to bring our remote team together.
