If you want to purchase our products, then the WP Event Manager provides you the following membership license.
Licenses grant one year support & updates. Personal licenses are valid for a single site, whereas developer licenses are valid for multiple.
You can change the plugin’s template as per your requirement but can not resell our products. Source files are licensed and copyrighted under WP Event Manager and you are not allowed to redistribute these files in any way.
2. Updates
You do not need to pay any additional charges for updating our plugins until you have an active license.
We always update our plugins, so that they are compatible with the recent version of Wordpress that is introduced in the market, but yet we cannot ensure that the old plugins would be compatible with the future versions. We try our best to update the plugins so that they are compatible with the future versions of Wordpress.
3. Plugin Compatibility
We always take steps so that the plugins are compatible with the recent and future versions of the Wordpress. We develop software for specific software version, and if the version is not listed, then the user may experience functioning difficulty .you can view our support page to check version.
4. Warranty
We do not provide any warranty or guarantee for any plugins provided by us. You can test the browser compatibility by viewing the demonstration of installations on our site. You should test whether the browser works with the plugin. We cannot ensure that the plugins are compatible with the extensions of the third party. We develop plugins for the latest version of WordPress. We cannot ensure that the plugins are compatible with the future versions of the Wordpress or the span of their compatibility.
5. Unauthorized Use
We provide certain restrictions for usage of plugins on our site if you have not acquired a Buyout license. You should not copy or paste any of our plugins on any storage devices such as discs, CDs, etc without acquiring any permission from us.
You should strictly not use any graphics, icons or images from our demo content. You can only view the demo content.

9. Ownership
Whether you modify or do not modify our products, we cannot provide you ownership of this intellectual property. All the plugins exclusively belong to WP Event Manager. If you experience any bug problem, then we can resolve our problem without charging any fees. If your plugin is damaged either directly or indirectly, then we are not responsible. Before you purchase our products, then you must check your requirement.
10. Antifraud Check
We can suspend the account of the customers for 24 hours for anti-fraud check or even for a long period for conducting long-term investigations. We conduct investigations because many fraudulent practices take place during PayPal or stripe process.
11. Governing Law
If you have any problem with our services and need jurisdiction for financial compensation, then you can encounter only Surat, India. The jurisdiction of Surat resolves these disputes but they only follow the rules and regulations of the state and do not consider the principles of conflict.
12. Information Disclosure
- You cannot copy or paste any of our products on any storage devices such as discs or storage devices.
- You must not mention your order number.
- You must not mention your password or user ID to anyone also.
- You should not redistribute our products also. We can modify the terms and conditions without providing any prior notice.
